Our Havana Castle house blends are made in Nicaragua, Esteli region. The cigars in this collection are all long fillers derived from Cuban seeds which provide the perfect balance of flavor and aroma.

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Health Canada requirements, all tobacco products must be packaged in clear and uniform labels (green bands). The country of origin is responsible for putting these labels on products, not Havana Castle Cigars - St. Catharines. 

We make every effort to display the colours of each product as accurately as possible. However, each monitor reproduces colours differently, therefore the colour that you see may be slightly different from the actual colour.

We ship only our house blend cigars which include the Havana Castle Labels, Front Street Labels and Flor De Castillo Labels. All other cigars are sold in store only.

When placing an order please include the following:

• Quantity
• Shipping address
• Shipping method (standard shipping or express shipping)
• Phone Number

Once we receive your email, please allow 24 hours for a response. We will respond with a confirmation of your order which will also show the total price of your order with shipping, tax and any other fees.

Once you confirm this email, we will call you for payment and ship out your order. Please allow 2-3 business days to ship out your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• A photo(s) of any damage to the shipping box and/or the product
• A photo of the packing slip included in your order
